I relied on the Dorger McCarthy group to sell my condo in Wicker Park. I had met other realtors first, but I went with Sara & Julie because they seemed most knowledgeable of the area as well as most invested in a real partnership (hearing my needs, painting a realistic picture of the market,  discussing steps to maximize value, etc). I just closed on that sale yesterday–I could not be more pleased with their service, representation, or the results.

Sara & Julie were full of smart advice from the get-go regarding when to list, how to price, suggesting affordable improvements to my unit to increase interest (I repainted an accent wall, and added a lamp/rug), and eventually putting it on the market. Their entire team were communicative and responsive. I hear frustrated stories from friends who sell their places with different realtors that never report to them the day-to-day progress… I never had that issue. Dorger McCarthy kept me in the loop, and answered every question quickly. Most impressively, they even coordinated with my tenant to make sure showings worked with his schedule–and made it all hassle-free.

I’ve learned a lot in this real estate sales process. My unit took a bit longer than anticipated to sell. But, I never felt I received anything but honest, straightforward advice and they never lost confidence or steam in negotiating a great sale for me. Highly recommended.
